Our stiltwalkers made a big impact at the Longines Masters of New York! Hailed as the must-attend event of the spring, and attracting the world's top-ranked equestrian athletes, our artists, in a collaboration with Engine Shop Entertainment, spent the weekend entertaining the who's who of the New York socialite scene.
Over the weekend of March 24-25, our dancers joined staff at the Mulberry USA store in New York's Soho to celebrate the launch of their SS18 collection. Creating British tea party vignettes with a modern twist we toasted shoppers, interacted with foot traffic, and twirled around the shop, invoking the energy of their new collection.
On March 2nd we were honored to provide entertainment for Near & Far Aid's Spring Gala. While the organization held a fundraising auction and fashion show, our artists set the tone for the speakeasy portion of the event, complete with gambling, jazz, and of course dancing!
Carnevale di Venezia comes to life in a sumptuous, over-the-top fusion of Baroque dance, live music, opera, circus, gender-bending burlesque, and vivid immersive theater with our friends at Company XIV . Surrounded by the beauty of Beaux-Arts architecture, Corinthian columns, and the majestic 19th century skylight of Capitale NY, amorous audiences experienced the magic and mystery of a Venetian masquerade, with our signature hedonistic twist.
Sonal J Shah and her team of elite vendors threw a party to celebrate their 15 year anniversary, and kick off the next era with a rebrand at the historic Plaza Hotel. We were honored to provide the entertainment, including a newly choreographed hip hop routine.
Last weekend at Washington DC's celebration of Mardi Gras, we helped crown their 2018 King, Todd Graves, CEO of Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers. The three-day long celebration, filled with parties, ambient entertainment, and the final grand ball, was a sight to behold. We spent the weekend lighting up the Andrew W Mellon Auditorium, and the Washington Hilton as guests and Krewe members hailed their new King.
One of our first events of 2018 was an out-of-this-world private party at VR World in midtown Manhattan. Our technicolor fembots mingled in both the real and virtual worlds, as guests experienced life-sized Fruit Ninja, daring virtual stunts, and New York's first Moveo machine.
On December 19th, 2017 we had the pleasure of bringing Studio 54 to Terminal 5 for Tommy Hilfiger's holiday party. Guests went wild for our roller girls, LED hoopists, and the debut of our living aerial disco ball! Our pop art girls and go-go dancers gave the crowd a serious case of Saturday Night Fever.
On October 26th, we brought ghoulish glamour to the DKMS Blood Ball, which raises funds to eradicate blood cancers and disorders by encouraging people around the world to register as bone marrow and stem cell donors. 100% of proceeds from the event went directly towards this goal.
It was a midsummer night's dream in October this year, at The Knot's annual gala. We provided woodland creatures, and illuminated fairies en pointe to mingle with guests in the New York Public Library for this extravagant event.
